Growth without the cash-flow ceiling
We fund the extra reach. You pay only on verified Shopify sales — never up front.
Choose your revenue share. Bidnamic funds additional Google customers alongside everything you already run - you pay only when Shopify verifies the sale.
✓ Verified means Bidnamic was the final Google click before purchase. Incrementality testing is available on request to confirm added value.

AdSpend figures are illustrative and will vary by store, category and share. Commission is charged on every verified order at the point of sale and is not credited if an order is later cancelled or refunded — the recommended share already includes a refund allowance.
No. AdSpend runs alongside your existing campaigns, agency or in-house team. There is no migration and no need to replace what is already working.
Every attributed order comes directly from paid Google activity - Shopping, Search or Performance Max. AdSpend does not generate orders through affiliates, vouchers, cashback or email.
Commission is charged only on the Shopify order subtotal — the product value excluding shipping and tax. For example, on a £31.14 order made up of £20.00 of products, £5.95 shipping and £5.19 VAT, the agreed revenue share is applied to the £20.00 subtotal.
Shopify confirms the completed order. Google’s click ID confirms that a Bidnamic ad was the final paid click before purchase. Attribution works on a last click, 30-day window: Bidnamic must be the last paid click before the order, within 30 days. The order, revenue, traffic source and commission are then shown inside the app. Where you want to confirm that growth is genuinely additional, we can run an incrementality holdout test alongside it.
No. If we are not the last click, no commission is due. For example, if a customer clicks your campaign but leaves an item in the cart and later returns via an abandoned-basket email, Bidnamic is no longer the last click, so the order is not eligible for commission. If the customer has not cleared their cookies and this happens within 30 days, the order appears in the Assisted tab so you can see the revenue we are assisting but not charging for - always at zero revenue share.
Bidnamic does. We pay Google for the incremental customer acquisition and you pay the agreed revenue share only when an attributed sale occurs.
Your share should reflect your gross margin, customer lifetime value, normal cancellation or refund rate and the profit you want to retain. A higher sustainable share lets Bidnamic invest more aggressively. We also provide a free calculator to help you work out the right commission for your business.
Yes, once per month. In-app editing is coming soon; for now, email Adspend@bidnamic.com and we will update it. Limiting changes to once a month keeps revenue share billing simple, and avoids large swings (for example 30% to 10%) that can put Google Ads campaigns back into learning mode and cause disruption.
Revenue share is still due on returned and cancelled orders. By the time the order was generated, Bidnamic had already paid Google for acquiring that customer - and Google does not refund that advertising cost when a merchant later cancels or refunds the order. Please factor this in when setting your revenue share: reduce the share you offer by your expected order refund or cancellation rate.
You pay no commission. Bidnamic carries the Google advertising cost, so our incentives remain aligned around generating attributable sales.
The app shows verified revenue, commission accrued and expected billing timing throughout the month. Commission is billed through Shopify, giving you an order-level record of exactly what you are paying for.
We request only the specific collaborator permissions AdSpend needs - not full access. Orders (view) lets us verify and attribute orders and calculate commission. Products (view, including cost) lets us understand your catalogue and margins to bid effectively. Online store themes (edit code) lets us install the small tracking snippet. App development and app installation permissions are needed because AdSpend is currently a private, invitation-only app for selected stores ahead of its Shopify App Store release. We request nothing else - no store settings, payments, customer data management or fulfilment access - we use a Shopify Partner collaborator seat, not a staff seat, and access can be revoked at any time.
No. The code embedded on your site is a tiny JavaScript snippet - approximately 3.2kb - and it does not block the loading of any assets on the page. It is required for attribution to work. If you are concerned about page speed, we welcome you to run a Google PageSpeed test before and after installing it; if there is any noticeable degradation, it can be removed.
No setup fee, retainer or long-term agency contract is required. Eligibility and the available investment level depend on the store, product demand and unit economics.
Pick a time that suits you and we’ll walk through AdSpend on your store - eligibility, revenue share and setup.
